Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve company targets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and services.,Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of business development strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and able to work in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat.
