📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards on all construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of site supervisors and workers, fostering a culture of safety and quality.
• Liaise with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Utilize project management software such as Procore, Autodesk, or similar tools to track project progress and manage documentation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project supervision, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
