📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute a variety of events, including themed parties, live performances, and community gatherings.
• Collaborate with vendors, artists, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of events.
• Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance guest experiences and engagement.
• Manage event budgets and ensure financial efficiency while delivering high-quality experiences.
• Coordinate with marketing and social media teams to promote events and engage our community.
• Monitor event feedback and make data-driven improvements to future events.
• Maintain strong relationships with local artists, venues, and suppliers to secure the best resources for our events.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and event safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events.
• Strong knowledge of event management software, such as Eventbrite or Cvent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors, artists, and team members.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and unique event concepts.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and community engagement strategies.
