We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in inventory management and procurement to ensure seamless operations and cost efficiency. In this role, you will work closely with our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to manage our inventory levels, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of medical supplies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize inventory levels using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Conduct supplier negotiations and manage contracts to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and implement strategies to improve stock management.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source and purchase medical supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuous supply of medical products.
• Participate in regular inventory audits and reconciliations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management and procurement.
• Proven experience using ERP systems such as SAP.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with medical supply chain and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
