IT & Network Technician

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and troubleshoot the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Install, configure, and manage network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving any IT-related issues they may encounter.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of the company's network, ensuring reliable and efficient operations.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect the company's IT assets from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan, implement, and maintain IT projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT and networking, with a strong background in network administration and troubleshooting.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or MCSE are a plus.
• Familiarity with network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark, Nagios, or PRTG.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
