Apotek Oka Tea is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and food quality to our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our restaurant from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet the required standards of service and food preparation.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.,Maintain a positive and professional image for the restaurant, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the foodservice industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining strong team collaboration.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
