📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project manager.
  • Ensure that all safety equipment and materials are available and in good condition.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the construction industry.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel and work in remote locations.
