📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing menus.,Supervise and train junior staff.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
