📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of Sales Engineers to drive sales growth for Hitachi Air Compressors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in various industries.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Use Salesforce and SAP to track performance and streamline operations.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial equipment sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of Hitachi Air Compressors products and technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and SAP.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in Sales Management or a similar field is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
