📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the operation and maintenance of production machinery and equipment.,Monitor production processes to ensure they are running efficiently and according to specifications.,Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards.,Assist in the organization and management of production schedules and workflows.,Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.,Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.,Familiarity with production machinery and equipment is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,Good physical condition and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
