📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality checks on banking products and services,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of banking operations,Identifying and reporting quality issues and discrepancies,Collaborating with team members to implement quality improvement initiatives,Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies,Providing training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures,Analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality control records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Control, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control in the banking or financial services industry,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and standards,Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus
