📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and operations.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of local regulations and customs.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
