AETHER Dinamis is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Deputy Cashier Clinic to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the cashier in managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or finance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in managing daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and refunds.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including cash logs, bank deposits, and expense reports.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Collaborate with the cashier and other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.,Assist in reconciling daily cash counts and bank deposits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Stay informed about relevant financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.,Perform other duties as assigned by the cashier or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or accounting role, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet programs (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.,Familiarity with healthcare billing and coding systems is a plus.
