📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.,Support the marketing team in creating and managing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events and promotions.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.,Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.,Provide administrative support to the marketing manager as needed.,Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing-related role.,Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
