You will leverage your expertise in hospitality contracts, market analysis, and stakeholder management to ensure our partners achieve their goals. Daily, you will be involved in contract negotiations, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions, utilizing tools like Microsoft Office Suite and specialized contracting software.

• Manage and expand our network of hotel partners, ensuring strong relationships and mutual growth.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new revenue opportunities and potential partners.
• Monitor partner performance, providing feedback and support to enhance operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and specialized contracting software for efficient documentation and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality contracting, with a proven track record in partner management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
