Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Manage and track sales pipelines and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.

  • Contribute to the company's strategic planning and growth initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the mining or precious metals industry is a plus.
