PT Langit Indah is seeking a dedicated Production Staff to join our team in Tanjung Balai. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet established standards.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels.,Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.,Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in the production area.,Assist in training new employees on production processes and safety procedures.,Report on production progress and any potential bottlenecks to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar production role.,Proven ability to manage production schedules and meet deadlines.,Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic production software and tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment effectively.,Willingness to travel to the office as required.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
