As an IT Support, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to staff and guests.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and problems.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.,Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place and functioning.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to staff on IT-related matters.,Maintain and update IT documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Experience with network infrastructure and troubleshooting.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security best practices.,Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
