📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Promote products and services to potential customers through various channels.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or retail is preferred but not mandatory.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Ability to travel for business purposes.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
