AETHER Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Manage the payroll process, including tax withholding and compliance.,Oversee the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
