📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure quality service.,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Optimize kitchen processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid food handling certificate (SNACK GP, HACCP, or similar).
