Bright Space Jaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence and innovation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that operational goals align with overall business objectives.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
