📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.

Lead and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support.

Develop and implement production schedules and plans.

Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
