📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers in the design and analysis of structural systems.,Oversee the development of structural designs that meet project requirements and industry standards.,Conduct structural analysis and provide recommendations for design improvements.,Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.,Review and approve structural drawings and calculations.,Participate in project meetings and provide input on technical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on design and analysis.,Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.,Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Valid professional engineering license is a plus.
