📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Cemerlang Property's properties and services.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and outdoor advertising.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.,Manage the company's social media presence and engage with customers and potential clients.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive leads and conversions.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns and achieve sales targets.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other marketing software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and real estate trends is a plus.
