📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.,Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.,Document patient records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Assist in the management of the nursing unit, including inventory and equipment maintenance.,Provide emotional support to patients and their families as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English or local language.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Ability to obtain a work permit for Kalimantan Barat.
