CV Lestari Nagari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Pontianak. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to lead and manage our outlet operations effectively. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of sales associates, providing training and support.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customers.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events within the outlet.,Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including stock levels and ordering.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess outlet performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
