📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the outlet, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that the outlet is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.,Provide excellent customer service to all customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Drive sales by promoting products and offering discounts or special deals when appropriate.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer information.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees.,Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and outlet goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and retail management systems.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
