📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and employers,Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations,Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress,Identifying and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
