📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of store assistants to achieve sales targets.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and sales.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
