CEVA Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to the business, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This is a remote position based in Bali, with the opportunity to work with our Manila-based team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide strategic HR advice and support to the business, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's values and business objectives.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.,Coordinate with the HR team in Manila to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Contribute to the development of the HR function and drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
