Provide comprehensive oncology care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and monitoring.,Manage and supervise a team of oncology nurses, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.,Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver integrated patient care.,Administer chemotherapy treatments and other oncology medications, ensuring accurate and safe administration.,Monitor patients' progress, assess treatment efficacy, and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans.,Educate patients and their families about their cancer diagnosis, treatment options, and supportive care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in oncology care.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in oncology nursing, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.,Strong knowledge of oncology principles, including chemotherapy administration, supportive care, and palliative care.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid work permit and visa to work in Bali.🛠️ Keahlian
