As a Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing excellent customer service and support to customers at the cashier counter.,Assisting customers with their purchases, including scanning items, processing payments, and providing change.,Ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Promoting mall products and services to customers.,Maintaining a clean and organized cashier area.,Adhering to mall policies and procedures.,Working as part of a team to ensure a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and transaction processing.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
