As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online sales, including website optimization, digital marketing campaigns, customer service, and sales analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our e-commerce platform is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales to our website.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize our e-commerce website to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase online sales and brand awareness.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives.
• Manage and mentor the e-commerce team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of digital marketing campaigns and overall e-commerce performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
