📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and present premium cuts of meat according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure meat is cooked to the correct temperature and presented to the highest standards.
• Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Follow food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of meat products.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Butcher or similar role in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen management software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Professional and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
