• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Provide tailored financial solutions and products to meet client requirements.
• Conduct regular client visits to assess their financial health and provide advice.
• Collaborate with the branch team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to provide informed financial advice.
• Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports to the branch manager.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Promote BDO Unibank's products and services through various marketing channels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment options.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
