Your daily tasks will include budgeting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and performance monitoring using tools like SAP and Excel.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the FP&A team in developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts using SAP and Excel.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including budget forecasts, variance analyses, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, with a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel, with experience in developing and maintaining financial models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel as needed.
