📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using PMS (Property Management System).
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist with room assignments and ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival.
• Handle front desk operations, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.
• Stay informed about local attractions and provide recommendations to enhance guest stays.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or hospitality roles.
• Proficient in using PMS software like Opera or similar systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with local regulations and hospitality best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
