📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastries according to recipes and quality standards.,Ensure the quality and consistency of baked goods by following proper baking techniques and procedures.,Maintain and clean baking equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.,Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to prevent foodborne illnesses.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of baking supplies and ingredients.,Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.,Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve baking skills.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance professional skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Baker or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
