📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospect and nurture leads, using CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Identify and qualify potential customers, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and drive business growth.
• Provide regular reports and updates on customer interactions and sales activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, both in speaking and listening.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, or willingness to learn.
