📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with bank customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and customers to build trust and loyalty.
• Provide product knowledge and training to bank staff to enhance their ability to sell insurance products.
• Process insurance applications, policy issuance, and claims handling efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote insurance products through various channels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, banking, or insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in life insurance products or financial services is a plus.
